Food4SA 2026: San Antonio's November Food Drive (Nov 1–30) — and Where to Get Food Help

All November long, San Antonio runs its biggest food drive of the year. Food4SA, the San Antonio Food Bank's annual campaign, runs November 1–30, 2026 — schools, churches, businesses, and neighbors across the city start food & fund drives and fill Food4SA bags to stock the Food Bank's warehouse for the holiday season. The Food Bank then moves that food out to more than 500 partner organizations across Southwest Texas.

One honest note first: Food4SA is a food drive — it collects food and donations. It is not a pickup event, and there is no Food4SA line to stand in. If your family needs food this month, the help below is real, and it is open all November.

Need food in November? Start with the Food Bank itself

The San Antonio Food Bank helps eligible individuals and families regardless of their ability to pay — that is the Food Bank's own wording. Here is how to reach them:

Call the number above and they will point you to the food distribution closest to your home — many of them run every week, all year.
